Our gate access hours are from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, seven days a week, giving you plenty of time to access your belongings when it fits your schedule. Our on-site management office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Can I rent a moving truck at your storage facility?
Yes! Kodiak Self Storage is an authorized, co-located U-Haul dealership. You can rent moving trucks, trailers, and dollies directly from our front office, making us Corpus Christi’s most convenient one-stop move-and-store center.
Do I need a climate-controlled storage unit?
If you are storing items that are sensitive to the Gulf Coast's heat and humidity, we highly recommend our climate-controlled and temperature-controlled units. These are perfect for protecting wooden furniture, electronics, artwork, leather goods, and important business documents from warping, melting, or mildew.

Absolutely. We offer secure outdoor parking for vehicles, boats, and RVs. Because we are located right on the Crosstown Expressway with quick connections to SPID (SH 358) and US 77, picking up your boat or RV for a weekend getaway is incredibly fast and easy.
Do you sell moving boxes and packing supplies?
Yes! To save you from making multiple stops, we sell a wide variety of moving boxes, tape, locks, and other packing supplies right inside our main office.
How secure is the storage facility?
We take security seriously. Our property is fully fenced and gated, and requires a unique PIN code for entry. We also utilize 24/7 security cameras throughout the premises, and our on-site management team oversees daily operations to ensure your belongings stay protected.
How do I pay my monthly storage bill?
We make managing your account simple with our online bill pay system. You can securely pay your rent online 24/7 from your computer or smartphone. We also offer a dedicated call center if you prefer to speak to a real person regarding your account.
Do you offer any move-in specials or discounts?
